A very little bit of prettiness.

Well - an over-sized stamp of semi-prettiness. Sorry My double sized stamps are totally useless as stamps...

...but there's twice more love in them, I suppose.

I can't figure out how to get sharp detail in a tiny little space. I'm sure the great and glorious Adobe oozes sharpness and detail like a wounded behemoth.

All the templates I could find were for precious Photoshop, so I had to build my own base. Someday, I'll figure things out like using mysterious 'layers' and effects and how not to make things by adding a little detail and flattening and saving and reloading and rinsing and repeating for everything.

BLURGH. I don't want to even think about how much time each stamp took in my one-a-night quest to have good intentions slay the goliath of artistic inability.

Someday - maybe- I'll sell enough plasma to buy Photoshop. Or someone will point me in the proper direction of a user friendly artistic tool chest.

Nicknames.

I use them a lot in my snappy patter lifestyle. 'Bestie' says it is because I distance myself from people. I suffer from Sawyer Syndrome. Quite the contrary -oh receiving end of: 'Bestie', 'McBesterson', 'Fats', 'Slaps', 'Slappy', & on one particular evening 'Mrs. Susan Levine'. Anyone can be 'Cindy' or 'Rich' to everyone else in the world.

Special people should be special.

They can be whatever to everyone else, but to me they are unique.

They are my friends. They are special. They are a part of me.

They are loved.

I know Bestie knows this because he lives with the dark knowledge of when I use his real name he is about 5 seconds away from an emotional outpouring or the receiving end of my tiny fists of rage.

Remember grade school?

Remember how, as Valentine's Day rolled around, a big 'mailbox' made out of a pretzel box and construction paper would suddenly appear in the back of the class?

And remember how you would cajole one of the parentals to take you to the 5 & 10 to pick out just the perfect box of flimsy paper valentines with licensed characters on it?

And then you would sit at the kitchen table and write little notes to your friends on the best ones! (i.e. Grover or crazy Cookie Monster!)

And there was a boy in class and you saved his for last.

It was the Oscar the Grouch one and it said 'You are better than trash'

And you wrote 'You are a boy and a dummy. I'm going to throw a rock at your face' on it?

And then you kind of crumpled it up and put it in the envelope.

And then one day this boy comes up to you in the playground and says 'Hi'

And you throw a rock at his face and run away.

And he cries because he is stupid and a crybaby.

That's KROG.
